Hi, I’m Mario and I’m the owner of Caruso’s Woodfired Pizzeria. Our Restaurant is a family business that started in Australia since 1986 but together with my brother we have over 45 years of experience making the best traditional pizzas and Italian food.
We use only family recipes from the south of Italy, Calabria and Rome, that were created by our great grandmother. This was then carried on through the family until this day!
All of our food is unique as it is imported from Italy. Our bases are made using "Caputo" flour and a special blend of "Le 5 Stagoioni" and "Olio extra virgin olive oil". We serve the finest award winning cheeses like "Fior Di Latte", Buffalo Mozzarella, Ricotta and Bocconcini. We also bring from home artichokes, sundried tomatoes, pork and leg ham, proscuitto and more!
